MCF S.r.l. recognises the need to maintain and optimise its Quality System, already certified by a recognised body, and which applies to activities at its plant in Pancalieri.

The Quality System is intended as a company tool used to rationalise and improve all activities for which the objective is: · to obtain complete satisfaction of customer / market needs and expectations; · to improve the Company's image; · to increase competitiveness; · to increment operational and management efficiency.

The application of this policy includes the update of the Company's General Quality System in order to integrate and coordinate all activities concerning Quality performed by all Departments at all levels, and which are necessary for achieving the planned objectives.
Each individual in the Company who is entrusted with performing or managing activities that may affect product quality level, and who are therefore referred to in the Quality System documentation, must apply the rules envisaged by the system as relevant to their activities and contribute to the achievement of Company objectives in line with this Quality Policy.
